  • Notice and record ever time vital of patients.
  • time to time Acid Base Imbalance analysis.
  • Administer Humidified Oxygen
  • Before tube suction give oxygen.
  • Communicate by Yes or No / hand movement with patients
  • Do Not suction above 10 second
